Please prepare for the season as it applies to school and transportation. West Elementary has been named a 2022 National Blue Ribbon School by the US Department of Education. West is one of only 297 schools nationwide and 5 schools in the state of Iowa to earn this prestigious recognition.
Glenwood will foster an evolving community in which the whole child is empowered and inspired to be academically curious, innovative, compassionate, demonstrates perseverance and becomes a responsible citizen. Glenwood is proud to offer the STAR after-school education and safety program. BE KIND is represented by the many activities and projects that our students participate in at Glenwood that help and care for others. Join the GlenOak High School Counseling Department for Family Wellness Nights, hosted virtually on a variety of topics to help you and your students! All home varsity football and volleyball games will be televised through the NFHS network. You may purchase a subscription for a month or a year, and it includes many other schools in the nation...not just Glenwood.
